Identification Details
Thank you for looking at and identifying this photo. Can you explain the identification to me? I am asking because I cannot find a similar photo of a Tufted Thyatirin with tufted white in the basal area and with an st line of bold black dots.

Pectinate antennae = ♂
There is no explanation, because this must have been a mistake, sorry! Very few shots in the genus have the white basal spots, including most shots of this species.
