A real cool, and small bee on Leadplant flowers. Is this in the genus Perdita? A second image is included with a different angle. Also, I'm wondering if that orange lump on its' left-hand hind leg is a pollen clump or a clump of mites?

Perdita it is! Most species are western, so there is actually a snowball's chance in...that you can get to at least a subgenus:-)
