Leptophlebia
Kerry's ID was good.

For sure a female imago. Looks a lot like Leptophlebia (Leptophlebiidae). Could be L.cupida or L.nebulosa.

to guide for Leptophlebiidae. Thanks for the ID Kerry.

caveat
This (as with many) IDs, is more of a possible choice. Some adult mayflies cannot be keyed out, some have nymphs that will key to one family and the adults will key to another. There always seems to be exceptions. While the turbinate eyes are characteristic for male Baetidae, turbinate eyes can occur in some other families, including Leptophlebiidae. Guess the unanswered questions makes it more interesting.
