Darner
I wasn't disagreeing with your id, Craig. I just don't know the species myself so I moved it to where someone might see it and confirm it for you. If you're comfortable with your id go ahead and move it.

Identification
I only commented so that others could see where the idea for the identification came from. I am in no way comfortable with any of my identifications. As a lifetime scientist I respect the expertise that is rooted in those with more knowledge and experience than I. I simply bear witness.

Identification
This common name was given thru iNaturalist sources.

Moved to Aeshnidae for expert identification.
