Diceroprocta aurantiaca? - Diceroprocta aurantiaca
Bitter Lake Refuge, Chaves County, New Mexico, USA
July 14, 2019
Looks like a good coloration, wing tinting and location match for a distinctive species not yet included in BG. The web reproductions of the b&w photos in Davis 1938 and Sanborn & Phillips 2009 are rather blurry though, and Davis did mention confounding variation, so your expert correction or confirmation is appreciated!
