Black Gap Wildlife Management Area, NE of entrance of Black Gap Road into Maravillas Canyon (29.61N, 102.89W), Brewster County, Texas, USA

Size: ~1 in
Since this observation is somewhat outside the expected range, better pictures of a second nearby specimen observed in 1986 also have been posted. Both were seen in limestone cave shelters. Triatoma species generally were common at Black Gap WMA.
