Ichneumonidae: Ophioninae: Enicospilus sp.
This is an ichneumonid in the genus Enicospilus. They are nocturnal, as you can tell from the lack of pigmentation and the huge ocelli. Those "flecks" in the forewing are characteristic of this genus, even though not all Enicospilus have them. Give me a while, and I may be able to ID the species.
