Psephenus?
To me this has more of a Psephenus gestalt. What points to Ectopria over Psephenus?

 
I see what you mean...
In other BugGuide images IDed as Ectopria the rear margin of the pronotum is relatively straight, but in most images IDed as Psephenus the rear margin of the pronotum appears to have two concave sinuses that the convex lobes at the base of the elytra "fit into".

Also, in my photo and the three thumbnails above, the first antennomere is noticeably longer than the second, and there are 11 segments, whereas in Ectopria the first antennomere is about the same length or even shorter than the second, and there are only 10 segments (either that or the second segment is very tiny and could be mistaken for a constriction of the distal end of the first segment). Example:
