Using the Van Duzee and Curran key to females (1), I come up with Dolichopus variabilis. As usual, I could be way off...

Dolichopus cuprinus group
The key leads to Dolichopus variabilis but it looks like the Dolichopus cuprinus group and goes there if you ignore the pale hairs at couplet 10. The right angle bend in vein M also argues for the cuprinus group.
