Size: 1/2 inch
very tiny, very near a marsh on rocks. Abdomen pinkish brown, rest of body whitish on top looked hairy. moved fast. I looked at crab spiders & orb spiders

Moved upon agreement
Moved from ID Request.

Looks to be
Neoscona, maybe arabesca?

tiny reddish spider
I did some googling & I think you were a big help. Does it look like this one http://idtools.org/id/table_grape/spider/factsheet.php?name=Neoscona+oaxacensis
colouring looks right for abdomen & legs & the white on body top. Funny that fellow was not in images when I googled orb spiders yesterday
Googled some more & see that also known as western orb spider which is Not found in Ontario, so still googling
