What are these beetles and how do I get rid of them? - Luridiblatta trivittata

These have invaded my house. I can not ID them from any insect guide

Moved, L.trivittata...
Can't really "get rid" of them, as they are outdoor dwelling roaches, preferring more urbanized areas, and thus they often wander inside by mistake, (where they seldom last long).

That isn't a beetle; it looks like some type of cockroach nymph to me.

Thank you for your quick response! Apparently this is a newly-introduced cockroach to our area in the last 10 years. Do you think it is Phyllodromica trivittata?

They never seem to get any bigger than this--never seen a cockroach. These bugs are extremely fast, don't fly and are great climbers. They are also active day and night, but seen more frequently at night.
