I think this is Dioryctria albovittella, attracted to light. MPG shows this moth in my area and I think it is a very good match for the moth photos at BOLD

D. albovittella
After reading through Fascicle 15.5 and reviewing all of the Dioryctria, especially those with significantly white forewings like D. sierra, inyoensis, and hodgesi, I am more convinced that this is D. albovittella. This species has been reported in my area per the MPG map and collected just a few miles south of me - no details on the collector. This BG photo is also a pretty good match:
