Attracted to MV lamp / blacklight set up on open lawn surrounded by 75+ y.o. forest dominated by hickory, poplar, walnut, and Virginia pine.

The markings match, and Yanega says in this species the elytral tips and apices of the femora bear spines, which yours does.
