at first, I thought that it was a Young Caterpillar but it didn't grow. After a few days, it became hard and I thought that it was dead. Finally, I saw that something came out of it from the upper part but I don't know what it is.

Cabbage White?
Looks like Cabbage White, Pieris rapae, but I've never made a study of pupae. See a very similar pupa at: https://bugguide.net/node/view/1611552/bgimage

Moving, so that some of our specialized experts can have a look. (It is the pupal stage in Lepidoptera. The adult butterfly should have been what emerged, though sometimes only a parasitic wasp emerges!)
