Assassin bug? - Arilus cristatus

Assassin bug? - Arilus cristatus
Boca Raton/Yamato Scrub, South Florida County, Florida, USA
March 8, 2008
Size: 1/2"
Looks like an assassin bug (nymph?) to me. Anyone recognize the species? This one was in a Sand Pine in Boca Raton, Florida.

Probably
Assassin bug nymph, but there are a few Leaffooted Bugs (Coreidae) that have similar nymphs, but the long antennae and thin neck seem good for assassin. The angle makes it tough for me to ID but it may be Wheel Bug (Arilus cristatus), but I can't be 100% sure.

I'll second that
visible beak, color etc. are all consistent with wheel bug nymph.
