Possible square-headed wasp

Possible square-headed wasp
Fredericton, York County, New Brunswick, Canada
September 4, 2019
Size: 1cm
Several Ectemnius lapidarius were nesting in holes in a tree stump cut flush to the ground: HERE. Among them was a similar wasp that had a yellow face and brown antenna bases, rather than yellow. Is this a separate species from Ectemnius? Help needed.
