Craesus sp.
It is very similar to Craesus latipes but according to "Sawflies of the genus Croesus LEACH in Noth America, David R. Smith, 1972" there are four species in Noth America: C. latitarsus, C. curvarius, C. castaneae and C. varus (= C. alniastri). Also described there is the dark form of C. latitarsus, where individual spots merge into wide black stripes. So maybe it's C. latitarsus.
