Some sort of webspinner?

Some sort of webspinner?
Saint George, Washington County, Utah, USA
September 7, 2019
Size: 8-10 mm
Found this little guy on a pillow after moving into a new place near the edge of town. Almost thought it was a flying ant at first, until I took a closer look. I snapped this picture, and observed it for a while before losing track of him. Doing some amateur research, I *think* it's a male webspinner of some sort. Moved to Embiidina for expert identification.
Moved from ID Request.

I regularly get webspinners in my home in Nevada (they come in after the lights at night), and they look just like this. If you have rocks outside your house, you might be able to find their silken tunnels by turning them over.

We certainly have plenty of rocks.
Thanks! Now that I know what to look for, I'll be sure to keep an eye out.
