Lapara
This looks like L. coniferarum based on the black border of the lines on the head (continues along the entire head, in L. bombycoides the black is restricted to the apex of the head only). Based on the pine needles, looks like a spot with a lot of pitch pine, right? This is the primary (only?) host of L. coniferarum in New England.
