Sure looks like Apis melifera to me, too. Nice shot! And Pennsylvania isn't represented in November, so it will be a useful addition to BugGuide, as representing new, verifiable data.

yeah, its an usual thing to see them in Novenber here, but it was a warm day and they were all over the place.
