Trigonotylus uhleri
Perhaps Trigonotylus uhleri? I'm not sure what else is possible, though the guide says there are 12 other species in the area we don't have pictures of yet.

You might try...
...posting it to iNat and asking wongon to have a look at it. He seems to be spending most of his time there nowadays.

It's posted at https://www.in

How do I contact wongon?

I think...
Ken can correct me if I am wrong but I think you can add a comment to your observation like"@wongon, could you please take a look?"

Yep
And I just did that. :)

Trigonotylus caelestialium?
Check Trigonotylus caelestialium.

T. caelestialium...
...should have red stripes on the first segment of the antennae.

My mistake
I was at the BioBlitz and had what I thought was the same bug which I've just submitted here. It's not the same bug though. You might take a look.
