Dipteran larvae with Iridovirus?

Dipteran larvae with Iridovirus?

Size: 8mm
These larvae were feeding inside of a rotting prickly pear cactus pad. I am curious if the blue coloration is natural or if it is perhaps caused by an Iridovirus sp..
