Barklouse- very pale Philotarsus? - Trichopsocus clarus

I found this one on the same buttercup plant in the San Francisco Botanical Garden that I've been finding other Philotarsus sp. individuals on. The lack of markings and yellow-greenish coloration are throwing me off from coming up with an ID.
