Not the greatest photo but I sent this to Ed Knudson in 2014. He Id'd as Monochroa quinquepunctella. I will park it here for now and see if we get anymore comments.

Thanks Stuart. Looks like there are a variety of "looks" for this moth at BOLD, not so much so on BG but I see more than 6 spots on most of them. I hope Aaron can catch one.
