Found early morning in marshy area. I thought it was a viceroy but I was puzzled by the additional white on inner mid-hind wing and lighter color on upper edge of that wing.

Thank you for the ID. I believe you have this one right on. I noticed the difference as it flew by. It just looked darker and different inside and out. This is very neat to me. Thank you. I'll tag and move to Florida Viceroy.

Not a monarch
because of the black arc across the hind wings; otherwise a very good monarch mimic.
