Size: approximately one inch
On a small patch of mint, there were a variety of similarly marked wasps, of which this individual was the largest at nearly an inch. The wings were a translucent, smoky color. Its body and legs were covered in dense white hairs and the eyes were a pale grey color. Antennae were thick and black, rather club-like.
