I assumed Anasa tristis, but there were no records for WA and the nymphs did not seem to match up. Links to nymphs found with adults:

I suspect that you're right about the genus, but I'm just not sure. Placing them here for the time being out of an abundance of caution.

...for different views of the same specimen. Unless the adult was reared from one of the nymphs, all four images should be unlinked. They can be cross referenced by placing thumbnails in the Remarks section of each, if desired.
