11 flagellomeres = ♂
Hold on...are you kidding me? This might be the first submission in the genus Myrmica from Oregon. Hold on for an expert.

 
12 flagellomeres plus scape
= 13 antennomeres, characteristic of Myrmica and most male aculeates.
