Acalyptrate fly - Sepsidae? - Melanagromyza

Acalyptrate fly - Sepsidae? - Melanagromyza
Presidio, Dragonfly Creek, San Francisco County, California, USA
August 13, 2019
Size: ca 2.5 mm
Caught in Malaise trap 10-17 August 2019. Had some trouble keying it out, Sc hard to interpret again for me, but Sepsidae looks like a possibility, despite the unmarked wings?
