Phoenix, AZ desert sap sucking, swarming, winged, beetle - FALSE CINCH BUGS

Phoenix, AZ desert sap sucking, swarming, winged, beetle - FALSE CINCH BUGS
Peoria, maricopa County, Arizona, USA
September 22, 2019
Size: 5mm
These bugs first appeared when the desert rains brought an over abundance of an invasive plant called Tiffindell Gold. As these plants started dying out (early summer) we started noticing these bugs. Now they are swarming on many plants (citrus, olive tree and even creosote bushes). They left a small lime tree sapped out and dead. a creosote both will be dead soon. We are not bug sprayers so we're at a loss as how to deal with this unknown bug.

Moved from ID Request.

Orsillinae
Possibly Nysius (false chinch bug), but I'm not sure. Could be another genus.

Seems close to Xyonysius californicus
California False Chinch Bug, perhaps he was referring to that one? Not sure if it's correct but looks close.

You could be right.
I rarely even attempt to go beyond subfamily with these. :)

even more of them - original poster
Where we once had thousands, we now have millions. The ground outside is crawling with them. Now they have started to enter our home.

Plant Bugs
I'm not exactly sure which ones they are, but have a look in the family Miridae.

Antennae look wrong for Mirid?
Maybe Lygaeoid?
