Interesting Brown Spider - Olios giganteus - female

Interesting Brown Spider - Olios giganteus - Female
Indio Hills, Riverside County, California, USA
September 23, 2019
Size: 1.5-6cm
Found on a window screen, incredibly fast and capable of climbing glass easily. Very reactive to movement, and has patterning on the abdomen. Also interestingly enough when in the specimen jar it molted. Determination of sex was based on similar specimens that appeared male. Leg span is approximately 6-7cm and cephalothorax and abdomen approximately 1.5 cm
