Bee of Some Kind - Nomada mutans - male

Bee of Some Kind - Nomada mutans - Male
Grand Coulee Area, Douglas County, Washington, USA
September 24, 2019
Size: 12mm
Found on ubiquitous rubber rabbitbrush plants. Keeps company in small numbers with abundant Colletes species. I guess it's a parasitoid but doesn't strike me as a Nomada sp.
