Ceranemota semifasciata?
I think this may be Ceranemota semifasciata Benjamin, 1938:61, TL=Siskiyou County, based on the original description. In particular, note the scalloped terminal line. I think it's a female. If you have a male, it can be separated from tearlei byt genitalia.

Thanks, Steve. I also think the triangle at the FW apex is much more whiteish than it is on similar species.
