Size: 9 mm
Based on others in the guide, this seems to be archboldi or vesta. Confimation would be appreciated.

I would go with D. archboldi...
Based on the punctuation of the propodeum and the small, slender scutellar scale, I would have to say D. archboldi.

These two species are very difficult to tell apart even under a microscope, but I'm pretty sure it's D. archboldi.
