Furcula cinerea ? - Furcula cinereoides

Furcula cinerea ? - Furcula cinereoides
Aromas, San Benito County, California, USA
July 16, 2019
Size: 36.6mm wingspan spread.
Came to black light/MV trap. Live Oak/chaparral habitat. 608 ft elevation. 36.6mm wingspan spread. 2019GM-0215. At first I assumed that this is another F. scolopendrina, (which I often find here) but the body and wings seem too gray to be that species.

Furcula cinereoides
This is the western equivalent to the eastern F. cinerea. (...raised from synonymy)

Thank you Bob
for getting the correct name on this guy. I IDed it via PNW Moths, & I suspect they need to update the name on that site. I've posted a second specimen that I believe is the same species. .
