Eggs of some kind?

Eggs of some kind?
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, USA
September 30, 2019
Size: 0.2mm
I found these on the lip above the garage door. They're extremely small, and I had to guess at 0.2mm because my ruler doesn't measure that small. I'm under the impression they're eggs. In the close up shot you can see the shape of them is like a ridged lampshade.
