Can anyone confirm if these are all various stages of Lygus? If so, Lygus lineolaris?

Lygus is correct
I won't attempt to confirm the species, although L. lineolaris is indeed likely .

no reason for something called Lygus...
to be assumed to be in Lygaeidae. Based on the rules of nomenclature, it would be Lygaeus in Lygaeidae (you only drop the '-us' and add '-idae' for a type genus within a family)
