The is a member of Lachesilla ..
fortunetaly it's a male and it looks like the genitalia are distinctive. If I had the specimen I could probably key it out. There are keys in Mockford's book [251114]. Takes some practice, though. You might not even have to do any dissection. I'd like to know the species o this one!
