Looks like Smynthurodes betae.
I think the second antennal segment is distinctly longer than in other genera (Geoica is a similar genus for comparison, but it has flabellate setae and Smynthurodes betae does not.) but kinda tough to tell if that's just the angle of the antennae.

The only aphids recorded on that hostplant are both Macrosiphum and this is definitely not. So it may have been probing and not actually colonizing the plant.
