Baskettail?

Yes, it's a baskettail. It's a female, though, and I'm not confident in identifying the females. Hopefully, an expert will provide a species for you. The small amount of black at the base of the wings argues against Common Baskettail, but they can be variable in this character.

a photo where the abdominal appendages are more in focus, if this would help.
