Western Conifer Seed Bug - being submitted to document a bug found in Wisconsin in February. (There are otherwise none at the time of this submission.) Found in a stairwell.

You really did mean "a bug found in Wisconsin in February". I figured you meant that species. But I worked all the way up to Arthropods (Arthropoda)... nothing! http://bugguide.net/node/view/3/data Lucky these guys often winter indoors. Is that cheating?

Yes, great shots of what I believe is a 5th instar. Now that the snow has finally melted here, I've already started checking vegetation for signs of eggs!
