Catocala unijuga (Once-Married Underwing) - Catocala unijuga

Catocala unijuga (Once-Married Underwing) - Catocala unijuga
I75 Hebron Rest Area Southbound, Cheboygan County, Michigan, USA
October 1, 2019
Size: ~38 mm FW
Thought at first this might be C. semirelicta because of the substantial whitish shading, especially above the PM line at the costa. The C. unijuga that I have found in Indiana have not exhibited this much contrast. However, I see many C. unijuga images on BG and MPG similar to this one. Also, size alone probably rules out C. semirelicta.
