The AM area does not look right to me for
Dioryctria amatella
which also usually has much brown infused into the black patches of the forewing. It very likely is a
Dioryctria ebeli
instead but it lacks the olive patch in the AM region that I typically see. Let an expert decide.

Thank you for the response. I had the same problem with the species ID as you had. If you look at the light colored patch in the AM region you can see that the patch color is slightly different from the white zigzag AM and PM lines. The photo was taken with a flash which might have affected the appearance of the the patch and the chestnut color in the median and PM regions.
