Blue
One of the blues, probably a Plebejus species, but I don't have much practice with the western species.

Thanks for giving me a starting point. Is Plebejus melissa the same as Lycaeides melissa? I kind of think that's what it is - 'Butterflies of Alberta' (Bird et al.) has the latter, but not the former; wondering if there's been a taxonomic name change?

Name Change Info

Seems

Info, synonyms and taxonomic changes.

Seems like BOA is using Pelham, but not sure about BG.

...or plants! B of Alberta was published in 1995, with no recent reprints that I'm aware of, so it's quite possible there's been a taxonomic change.
I am going with Plebejus mellisa, as I think that is the closest match. Thank you both.

Plant names
For Canada, I use https://data.canadensys.net/vascan/search?lang=en

for plant names. Luc Brouillet keeps it up-dated.
