IMO - markings on tergites suggest venustum....markings on transverse suture and scutellum hairs suggest excentrica.
Any insight would be appreciated.

The streak on the transverse suture is divided at middle and scutellar hairs black in venustum.
The yellow/white lines above wing bases on dorsum are apparent in T. excentrica.
