~7100' elevation, Rattlesnake Grade. Attracted to porch light.
Color of moth was more like the photo that shows sandy gray-ish rather than the one that looks golden.
Inside wings were pale, dull whitish, no markings except as can be seen along the top edge.

Tanner Matson, UCONN EEB grad student who is revising the taxonomy of Stamnodes DNA confirmed the identification with similar moths I sent him a couple weeks later. He says there's a bit of variability within the species. I'm sending him more that look like this one this week!
