Poecilanthrax?
Perhaps P. californicus or P. apache?

"There are only a few Poecilanthrax with the wing color consisting of a smokey accent on the veins, as is the case here. Most species have a more sharply defined margin to the wing color and most are some shade of brown, not grey. P. californicus is grey (I have keyed many, using Painter & Hall). A similar species is P. apache, but it has a warmer color as well and a narrower abdomen."
