Lake Crabtree leaf miner on Bidens alba D1932 2019 1

Lake Crabtree leaf miner on Bidens alba D1932 2019 1
Lake Crabtree County Park, Wake County, North Carolina, USA
October 11, 2019
Not sure if this is a miner--it looks like those tiny thin mines on Bidens aristosa... I believe this patch of Bidens was planted here. Earlier in the season, I saw Liriomyza (probably carphephori) and Calycomyza avira on it.

Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.

I assume this is the same mystery insect as on B. aristosa.
