Maybe Macrosiphum
According to Aphid's on the World's Plants, the only aphids known to utilize this host are Macrosiphum euphorbiae and Macrosuphum rosae. This is neither of those species but could be Macrosiphum, I'd need a better shot of the siphunculi to be sure.

Yes it does!
I see reticulations near the apex of the siphunculi, so it is Macrosihpum.
