Numbers
Nola includes more than ten species in America north of Mexico.

Range
Represented throughout most of US and southern Canada, plus Northwest Territories.
Food
Larvae are usually host-specific, feeding on particular trees (such as oak) or herbaceous plants (such as Fringed Loosestrife).
